·        210 Randomly selected well diagnosed male and female patients of all age groups.

Exclusion Criteria:

·        With acute urinary tract infection

·        Diabetic patients

·        With neoplasms of lower urinary tract

·        With benign prostatic enlargement

·        With impacted calculus in urethra and bladder neck.
